• Job Title: Registered Nurse – Mental Health
• Location: Frankston, VIC
• Facility: Mental Health Assessment & Planning Facility

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver recovery‑oriented mental health nursing care
• Conduct timely assessments and escalate clinical changes
• Partner with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient documentation
• Support medication administration and clinical handovers
• Uphold patient advocacy, safety, and dignity
• Contribute to team meetings and care planning
• Promote compliance with standards, legislation, and training requirements
• Participate in regular clinical supervision to support professional growth

Key Skills / Qualifications Required

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health)
• Experience in psychiatric or acute mental health settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to recovery‑focused, patient‑centred care
• Ability to recognise and respond to patient deterioration
• Organised, resilient, and committed to ongoing professional development

Salary & Bonus Benefits
